neil gaiman pointed out in a recent weblog post that tim burton did not direct tim burton's nightmare before christmas. i didn't believe him. i checked the imdb page. what do you know, it's right there, he didn't. nor did he write the screen play. i'm in shock.

potation is my new favorite word. i plan to commit much of it tonight. assuming i get away from the computer now, so i can go jogging and still get my toga gear packed up before i have to be at work.

But Danny Elfman DID provide the singing voice for Jack! :) And Patrick Stewart provided a voice-over for the movie that was cut (but is still on the soundtrack).
