no payment required (and nytimes registration is well worth the two minutes sometime), but gist is that somebody blew up a couple trains in spain, killed about 200 people. spain's insisting it's basque separatists, but they've found a van that possibly points to al quaeda... so who knows who we'll blow up in retaliation. it's all sick.
oh, yeah. heard about that first thing when i woke up today. hell of a way to start a day. hell of a way to end a train trip. hell of a way to kick off an election.
i also heard they may/may not have found another bomb that appeared to have targeted rescue workers, but it was difused safely.
